Pengkalan Sapi and Astana Sarawak in the early 1990's. Around the mid-1990's there was a restaurants established around this Pengkalan Sapi area and there is Kampung nearby this Pengkalan Sapi. If compared to now, the Pengkalan sapi area has raised and adjusted since there is a Dewan Undangan Negeri and Darul Hana Bridge nearby.Lot of people come here just for visit the surrounding area.
