The new Miri sentral, opening soon in near time. The old bus station/centre at Pujut Padang Kerbau will totally close or become a smaller station only - becoming a normal bus stop for daily bus.

The Original Well Number 1 Miri

 The Original Well Number 1 Miri,or now known as Grand Old lady located at the top of Canada Hill..now see the place photo with Oil wife and child during their visit there during 1970's.Now all this place has been renovated and become more clearful and part of Petronas Museum area.

Outside the Miri Fish market

 Outside the Miri Fish market a large catch of small fish has been dumped because there is no more room inside.The fish are small but they provide a useful food for the poorer members of the community.Fish which are not sold fresh are salted,dried and smoked.

 Central Bus Station at Miri ,nearby to Wisma Pelita Tunku and Park Hotel.All buses in Miri can be found here as this place is Centre for all brand and type of bus.

Machinda Club Lutong

 These were the committee members of Machinda Club Lutong in 1965.Machinda stands for MAlay, CHinese, INdian and DAyak.

The club was originally established as both Machinda Club and Lutong Recreation Club separately, and is one of few family recreational clubs in Miri, and the only one in Lutong.

At the time, the Machinda Club catered for the labor category of the Shell employees whilst the Lutong Recreation Club catered for junior staff. These two later combined and was renamed Lutong Recreational Club and by 1979 it was called Lutong Shell Club (Kelab Shell Lutong), the building which is built on the site of the old Machinda Club.

By 2006, the name, logo and constitution were changed and approved by Registrar Of Society, and the club was renamed as Kelab Rekreasi Petroliam.

The estuary in Miri around the middle 1990's

 The estuary in Miri around the mid-1990's, the Jetty in Malay Island is still there, only a few years later the Jetty was demolished and there is a new Miri estuary established nearby there. This scene remains as a memory now,because the area has been dug up and the latest development has established there.

Masjid Jamek or also known as Masjid lamak Miri

 Masjid Jamek or also known as Masjid lamak Miri , that located opposite Mega Hotel Miri.The Location at the centre of Miri town because during in 1980's and before,this mosque was surrounded with houses (kampung dagang,kampung Wireless).All surrounded area has been developed,kampung houses are replaced with shophouses and high rise building.

Nearby beach and not fan illegal placr from Lutong town.This airport was closed sometimes in 1980's and only open to Offshore related airplane.In 1990's this airport becoming an illegal place for racing.This place then becoming place for gathering bike and car racing in early 2000's.Once a year an event held here for racing.

Bus Express station in Miri.From 1990's to the present year (2022) the situation here is still the same,nothing much difference. There is only a proposal to build a new bus station near the Hospital. (Now under construction) The situation of Bus station will totally change in 2 years time.
