Masjid Jamek or also known as Masjid lamak Miri

 Masjid Jamek or also known as Masjid lamak Miri , that located opposite Mega Hotel Miri.The Location at the centre of Miri town because during in 1980's and before,this mosque was surrounded with houses (kampung dagang,kampung Wireless).All surrounded area has been developed,kampung houses are replaced with shophouses and high rise building.

Old mosques in Bintulu

 Among the old mosques which still exist in Sarawak is the mosque in Kampung Masjid, Bintulu. The first mosque constructed by local Muslims in Bintulu was built in 1917 in the Kampung Masjid on the same site as it is today.

In the 1950s, the first mosque was demolished and replaced with a new building on the same site as still available today.

 The lives of Mirians are knitted together in harmony and unity.Places of worship ( Lutong Mosque and Good Shepard's Anglican Church) have coexisted for decades in peaceful environment.

Here we can also see kampung Pengkalan Lutong and Lutong bridge which was really small during it early time.

Masjid Kampung Dagang at Miri

 Masjid Kampung Dagang at nearby Kampung Dagang and Jalan Bendahara.This Mosque demolished in 1960's and replace with the Mosque (now across Mega Mall hotel).The Kampung Dagang  was emptied and moved in 1980's.Now we can only see shophouses there and no trademark left for the Mosque.This photo taken  at 1950's.

The Old Mosque demolition

 This Mosque has been demolished on 6th February 1967 and replaced by the new mosque.This photo taken on 8.35 am of the morning before the mosque demolished.

 Masjid lama Kampung Santubong,terletak di tengah tengah kampung Santubong dan berada di perhampiran Kubur Kampung Santubong.

Sekarang hanya dijadikan tempat untuk belajar apa-apa urusan yang berkaitan keugamaan.
