An advertisement placed in a publication during the construction of Bangunan Wisma Hopoh in 1983.

When the initial construction plan was drawn up in 1977, the Hopoh Guest House Building would be built with nine floors. Due to financial problems, it was reduced to five floors.
At that time, Wisma Hopoh was a shopping paradise for visitors.
For everyone's knowledge, the first and oldest KFC restaurant in Sarawak is located at Wisma Hopoh.
