With an estimated Gross Construction Value (GCV) of RM350 million, the development will encompass office space underpinned by an event centre and fine dining F&B offerings.
Hikmah Exchange will further strengthen Kuching’s role as Sarawak’s administrative centre, by assembling federal government agencies offices, financial services firms, multinational companies (MNCs) and supporting ancillary businesses.
The development is anchored by two 22 storey high tower, 13 storey office towers with 49,828m2 of office building floor area, an event centre with a capacity of 1000 pax event hall. Exchange has a development period of 3 years to be completed in phases with slated for completion in 2020.
