In 1980's this building was the highest and have modern infrastructure compare to others.Now serian has become a new division and have more modern and latest infrastructure,this building still standng at Jalan Bandar running still active business for shop,office and restaurant.

Brooke Dockyard Hawker Lane

A woman walk nearby old building nearby Market and Old Brooke Dockyard building,this road was known earlier as Kuching Hawker lane that connected Lebuh Java and Market street.The name givenas Hawker Lane because this lane was known for street hawkers selling various items from shirt,household items and fresh produce.Since the bus station and some shops closed at Lebuh java,this lane also seize their operation as less people using this place anymore.
